VINDIS' products are being manufactured at their most modern Factory at Ahmedabad. To cope with the demand, manufacturing activities are being in two different manufacturing units, both units are situated in heart area of Ahmedabad. The workshop is having all facilities required for manufacturing and testing of the Products. The manufacturing activities are being looked after by experienced and technically qualified staff.

TESTING FACILITY

For testing a performance trial of machine & displacement, we have testing nozzles with Manometer & Pipelines as per standard of BS1571 Part II. Standard electric motor with two kilowatt meter Control Panel to measure the power consumption; also have special measuring equipment to measure RPM, Temperature and Noise level measurement.

DOCUMENTED QUALITY SYSTEM

All components have their identification no, & their critical dimensions are recorded. All M/c. are tested as per BS 1571 are recorded with its individual component identification.

RAW MATERIAL ANALYSIS

All Castings & Raw Material are checked for its mechanical as well as chemical properties Analysis. Acceptance/Rejection criteria for standards & manufacturing drawing.

AFTER SALES SERVICE ACTIVITIES

Basically, ours is a Service Oriented Organization. We have a team of Technical Field Staff to undertake the servicing of our Products, at the Client's site. The strength of the staff is adequate enough to see that the Service Personnel is disputed on the very next day from the date of the receipt of the service call. In fact, We Directors feels that in these days of heavy competition, not only our survival, but the growth at slow and steady rate is possible, only because of the prompt After-Sales-Service being offered by us.
