QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN

For each product, we have quality assurance plan and the same is being followed strictly, right from the stage of procurement of raw material, till the packing of the products.
Each and every raw material & parts is being checked for its mechanical properties as well as chemical properties, so as to get it confirmed that the material is as per our standard specification. Only approved raw material is being entered in the stores.
During manufacturing, each and every components of 'VINDI' product is being checked for its dimension. The item manufactured exactly as per the manufacturing drawing, is being entered in the stores as finished products.
Each and every machine is being checked for its clearances, during assembly of the machine.
After completion of the machine, the same is being tested for its performance, on our Test Bench as per the testing standards of BS 1571 Part II. We have a well equipped Test Bench which includes all sort of measuring instruments and the Electric Motor of different rating and speed.
Record of each and every major component of all the machines is being maintained. To facilitate this, each component is given our internal serial number. The record being kept for the component indicates the actual dimensions of the component and also indicates whether it is supplied as Spares to the User of 'Vindi' Product or the component is used for assembly of the complete machine. This record also states clearly the name of the client and his purchase order against which the component is supplied.
Similarly, history card is being maintained for each 'VINDI' machine. The history card gives the details as regards the actual clearance maintained while assembly of the machine, the make of the bearings used in the assembly of the machine, the internal serial number of the major components used in the assembly of the machines
Each and every 'VINDI' Machine is being tested on our test bench and the test sheet indicating the actual performance is being attached with the history card of the respective machine.
The record keeping is such that, in case we receive any complaint for the quality of our products, we can go back and check the quality of our products, right from the casting stage of the product for which the complaint is received.

THIRD PARTY INSPECTION

If desired by the client, we offer the product to be supplied to him, for inspection. Client reserves the right to inspect the machine at any stage of manufacturing i.e. right from the casting stage, till the packing of the machine, after conducting the performance trial
